WheelFixNow is the mobile cosmetic wheel repair brand operated by MR.WHEELS.
What you share
The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, vehicle and damage details, ZIP code, service address, and preferred service time. Wheel photos are optional. The form does not collect payment details.
How we use it
WheelFixNow uses your submission to assess your repair request, contact you about a quote, and arrange service if you decide to proceed. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or a price.
How your request is delivered
When you send the form, your information and selected photos are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our business email at [email protected]. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our business email uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. These providers process information needed to provide their services.
FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA security check to help prevent spam. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.
Photos and retention
Selected photos are resized in your browser before submission. They are sent when you press “Send quote request” and complete any required security check. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days, but uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Copies delivered to our email may remain in our business records.
Website usage measurement
Cloudflare provides website hosting and basic traffic measurement. The site also prepares events such as quote-step views and call or text link clicks in browser memory. Those local events do not include your form answers or photos, and are not connected to a separate analytics account. A confirmation-page view alone does not establish that an email was delivered.
